Whether you are looking for something for yourself, your children, or a thoughtful gift for your loved ones and needed our suggestions, advice, or more details of the products to help with your decision, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to assist!

Return / Exchange

We hope you are satisfied with our products. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you decided to change your mind on your selection, we are happy to arrange a refund within 30 days of your order dispatch date (excluding sales items and items purchased with discount), given that the returned item has not been used, washed or opened from its original packaging, and the original packaging is intact and not ripped or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned item does not meet any of the above criteria.

Please contact us with (1) your name, (2) order number, (3) details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, (4) reason for the return or exchange, more detailed instruction will be shared with you accordingly.

 

You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item, it is recommended to send the item with adequate packaging & protection and through a tracked postage, as we are not responsible for items lost, damaged, or undelivered.

 

After we received your return item, it will be inspected against the above mentioned conditions, and you will receive notification by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If your original order entitled free shipping, and not all items in your order are being returned, flat rate shipping cost of AUD $10 will be deducted from total value of your returned item(s) for the refund.

Product Damaged in Transit

In case of any breakages of products had occurred during delivery, please contact us immediately on the day of delivery to report the damage, otherwise we might be unable to arrange for a refund or exchange. We are not responsible for any breakages once the product has been opened and used, or the items are packed according to pre-agreed arrangement.
